These are the key areas we could use your help:

VBC/Awards Banquet:  A lot of prep and planning goes into this event, and we could use help in the setup on Friday afternoon.  Let us know if you can help using the form below.

Class Day:  We could use your help at the BBQ setting up on Saturday morning.  You will have time to make it to the races on the Cut.  We'll save you a burger for when you get back!

Steward's Enclosure (Opening Day):  Help Betsy set up, both on Friday and Saturday.  This includes setting up tables, setting up the food line, selling tickets, standing around drinking coffee (you know who you are!), etc.  A lot of fun and guaranteed not to miss any of the races.

Race pictures:  Planning on being at some of the away races?  Then get signed up now to send us your pictures this spring.  We often depend on parents and friends to send us their digital photos, and varying perspectives often catch very different aspects of a given race.   You do not need to be an expert.  It's the digital age - just take the pics and send your favorites to us via email.  You will need to be signed up with us as we cannot accept photos from sources (i.e. attachments) we don't know.  Thank you!
